Most smaller items will ship via UPS, FedEx, USPS ground within the LOWER CONTIGOUS 48 UNITED STATES ONLY.
Some Larger Items, like beds, may ship as CURBSIDE DELIVERY via YRC shipping or ABF freight. (which means that you will be responsible for bringing your order inside and setting it up!)
Inside Delivery can be added to larger Items, for an additional fee if required.
We ship all of our shipments out with a Signature Required. You may request no signature required on most UPS and FedEx shipments has shipped by contacting the shipper directly.
Larger orders that ship out via YRC shipping or ABF freight are not eligible for "no signature required", and someone must be home to accept and sign for delivery. (you will be able to schedule a convenient day/time for delivery with the shipper)
Returns & RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization # )
Every product comes with our 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not happy after initial inspection with quality, materials, or workmanship, please contact me AS SOON AS POSSIBLE, so I can start the return process. All returns require an RMA (Return Authorization Approval) request form to be submitted within 14 days from receiving the shipment. Please send me Your Name + Address, Item Name, Reason For Return and Item Serial Number to email firstname.lastname@example.org. Process requires up to 3 business days. Upon completion, the supplier will send me a detailed list of instructions of the return procedure which I will immediately forward to you by e-mail. All Return shipping costs and any additional fees (re-stocking fees: approximately 15-20%) will not be refunded unless directly incurred as a result of our error.
We will refund the cost of the returned items minus RETURN shipping costs . Returned merchandise must be carefully packaged in the original packaging with all the instructions and parts completely intact and re-saleable without any damage. Once we have received your return and our approval, we will apply the credit amount to your credit card or payment method .
If you refuse delivery of your item without notifying us, your refund will be subject to shipping costs incurred to ship the item to you as well as the cost to have the item come back to us.
In the unlikely event you receive your item with a defect, you must notify us within 24-48 hours of receiving the item and we will replace the item or the defective part at no extra charge to you.
Shipping damage rarely happens, but if you see damage to your shipping package product you must report it right away to the delivery shipper.
